Holy Smokes is an all-you-can-eat Lowcountry barbecue festival spread across four villages — Texas, Traditional, New School, and Coastal — covering whole hog, ribs, brisket, and smoked Lowcountry seafood. It was founded by Aaron Siegel of Home Team BBQ and has raised over $200,000 for families affected by pediatric brain cancer.
